Dr. Arne Krogh

Pink Poppy Flowers

As the owner of Anchor Dental, Dr. Krogh is proud to follow his dream of becoming a dentist and serve the very community he grew up in. Born and raised in Anchorage and a third generation Alaskan, he is a graduate of Kincaid Elementary, Mears Middle School and later Dimond High School.

Shortly after high school, Dr. Krogh later completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business. After a five year career working in Alaska’s oil and gas industry, Dr. Krogh finally pursued his dream of attending dental school and graduated from the prestigious New York University in New York City, becoming the first ever born and raised Alaskan to graduate in the school’s rich over 150 year history. His favorite aspects of being a dentist include oral surgery, restorative dentistry, educating patients on treatment plan decisions, and connecting with his local community.

Dr. Krogh is a member of the Alaska Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is an active participant of Project Access, helping underserved members of our Anchorage community access dental care. In addition, Dr. Krogh is also a member of Global Dental Outreach and has visited Nepal to further serve youth dental communities in need.

When not in the office, you can find Dr. Krogh outside running on an Anchorage trail, in a local rink playing hockey and tennis, backcountry skiing, or flying a 1947 Piper Super Cruiser floatplane on Lake Hood.
